Spice Legacy - Tambda Rassa Masala Mix
3 Steps Easy Recipe
250g Chicken, Turmeric, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp, Chopped Onion, Oil, 3 Cup of water, Spice Legacy Tambda Rassa Masala.

Step 1 – Boil Chicken For Stock
Marinate 250g of chicken with turmeric, salt & ginger garlic paste for 15 minutes. Fry chopped onion in 2 tbsp oil. Then, place the marinated chicken in a pressure cooker along with 2 to 3 cups of water & cook it for 3 whistles & prepare the stock.

Step 2 – Make Paste & Mix
Make a paste of Spice Legacy Masala in 1 cup of water. Put 2 tbsp of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add Spice Legacy Masala paste, and keep frying till the oil separates.

Step 3 – Cook & Ready
Add chicken stock to the paste. Cook for 5–10 minutes and now it is ready to serve.
