Spice Legacy - Kolhapuri Chicken Masala Mix
3 Steps Easy Recipe
500g Chicken, Oil, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Chopped Onion, 3 Cup Of Water, Spice Legacy Kolhapuri Chicken Masala.
Step 1 – Boil Chicken
Marinate 500g of chicken with turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste for 15 minutes. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the pressure cooker & fry chopped onions. Add the marinated chicken in it along with 2 or 3 cups of water & cook it for 3 whistles.
Step 2 – Make Paste & Mix
Make a paste of Spice Legacy Masala in ½ to 1 cup of water. Put 2 tbsp of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add Spice Legacy Masala paste & keep frying till the oil separates.
Step 3 – Cook & Ready
Add boiled chicken and stock to the paste. Cook for 5–10 min and now it is ready to serve.

Tip
